LemonAD is the partner network with unique whitehat & nutra offers. We are looking for an experienced Head of affiliate to join us. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with the Nutra vertical and managing successful affiliate programs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyzing traffic volume, finding ways to increase it;
• Making independent daily decisions that are aimed at the fulfillment of the business plan of the CPA network;
• Leading the team (setting tasks and KRIs for employees, controlling results, etc.);
• Analysis of SRA program performance indicators: traffic, sources, partners, financial KPIs;
• Attracting and retaining partners;
• Development and implementation of the department development strategy.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience in internet marketing from 3 years (running CPA advertising campaigns or arbitrage of CPA offers);
• Basic and above technical understanding of CPA tracking;
• Experience in team building and management;
• Experience in a management position for 1 year or more;
• Experience with web analytics systems;
• Mastery of terminology (Gross Revenue, Net revenue, Gross margin, ROI, CPA, CPC, CR, EPC, EPL);
• Ability to work with these metrics and the factors that influence them;
• Ability to make decisions based on analytics, work professionally with numbers, and draw conclusions from analyzing them;
• Successful experience of immersion in an established team;
• Successful experience in designing and developing offfers in CPA: search, analysis, development of the offer, strategy development, planning, implementation and development.
