Stability and management in the team.

There were no global failures. We would like not to correct it, but to supplement it.

Eight and a half years of tireless work and a lot of stuffed cones.

Derived from the word “Arbitrage”

  1. What systematic approach are you talking about on your website that allows you to bypass bureaucracy and routine?

Technical part, we are true nerds at this.

  1. Are you planning to return to the media?

No

  1. How many people are in the team now? Is recruitment going on now? How can I get on your team?

The main thing is not quantity, but quality. We are not actively recruiting. Now we have a strategy of exclusively searching, if there is a need for it.

  1. How do you ensure team interaction to achieve common goals?

CRM, task manager, telegram

  1.  How do you plan to ensure sustainable growth of your arbitration team in the future?

We will upgrade our skills. And do not fall into uncontrolled growth — since this also has a downside — uncontrolled fall.

  1.  What is the most important lesson you learned from your affiliate experience?

Not talking too much, but this lesson was learned from our experience.

  1.  What was the most difficult time for you? How did you get out of it?

2020. In one day, the team’s staff was cut in half.

  1. What new technologies and trends in affiliate have impressed you recently?

We are dragging ourselves with our tools, if there is anything worthwhile on the market. We just copy, but we do it well from the start.

  1.  Can you give us the numbers for the last year?

Diet. Buyers deal with creatives. We can only add that we use AI actively.

We can’t disclose it, but we’ve tried a lot of things and there are several more options in the plans.

Join the teams, but first, spend 1 day writing a comprehensive resume about yourself.
